1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using V7 US (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some jurisdictions) and a legal resident of an eligible US state to participate. The Service is void where prohibited by law. A list of excluded states is published in our Sweepstakes Rules.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. One Account Per Person
The Service allows one account per person. Opening or controlling additional accounts, or coordinating entries across accounts with other people (collusion), is prohibited. If we determine that accounts are related in this way, we may close all of them, void entries placed through them, and retain any promotional credit they hold. If you discover that you have — or can access — more than one account, you must report it to support promptly.
5. Account Balance and Promotional Credit
Your account carries a single US-dollar balance made up of promotional credit — awarded free of charge through permitted methods including but not limited to: the AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry) mail-in path, daily login rewards, and operator promotions. Promotional credit may be used to enter raffles, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Prizes and cash won by entering raffles are separate from promotional credit and may be redeemed subject to identity verification.
Bonuses and promotions beyond the free entry methods above are offered at our sole discretion, and we may amend or withdraw a promotion prospectively at any time. Any welcome or sign-up bonus is available once per verified identity — ever — regardless of how many accounts, email addresses, or devices are used. Promotional credit may carry an expiry date stated when it is issued and lapses if unused by that date. Abusing a promotion, including claiming it through multiple or related accounts, may result in denial or withdrawal of the bonus and closure of your account.
6. Raffle Entries and Payments
Raffle entries are funded by a charge to your saved payment method (per seat) and/or by applying your promotional credit balance. By entering a paid raffle you authorize the entry amount to be charged to your payment method. We use Stripe for payment processing. Amounts charged for raffle entries are final except where required by law or in cases of operator error. No purchase is necessary to enter; see our Free Method of Entry.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first — most issues are resolved faster that way. Costs we incur from a payment dispute or chargeback that is attributable to you may be charged back to you, and we may offset any positive balance on your account against amounts you owe us. A chargeback filed against a paid raffle entry may result in suspension of your account pending review.
8. Errors and Erroneous Credits
Credits, prizes, or payouts applied to your account in error remain our property, whatever the cause of the error. We may recover erroneous amounts by deducting them from your balance or otherwise requiring repayment, and we may void entries affected by an obvious system error, such as a mispriced seat. Where a voided entry was paid for, we will refund the amount charged.
9. Identity Verification (KYC)
Before redeeming prizes or cash winnings, you must complete identity verification. Verification may include providing a government-issued photo ID, a self-portrait photograph, and proof of address. We reserve the right to refuse verification or redemption at our sole discretion.
10. Tax Reporting
Cumulative redemptions of $600 or more in a calendar year require you to provide a completed IRS Form W-9. We will issue a Form 1099-MISC where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes on prizes or cash redemptions.
11. Your Representations
Each time you use the Service you represent that: (a) you meet the age and state-residency requirements in Section 2 (18 or older, or 21 where required); (b) you are not self-excluded from the Service; (c) you are the sole owner of every payment method you use; (d) your entries are for personal recreation and entertainment only, not for investment or commercial purposes; and (e) you understand that taxes on prizes and cash winnings are your responsibility and that a completed IRS Form W-9 may be required before a prize is fulfilled (Section 10).
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or other automated means (Section 14); (b) open or use more than one account (Section 4); (c) attempt to manipulate outcomes; (d) provide false information; (e) misrepresent or disguise your location (Section 13); (f) participate while in an excluded jurisdiction. Violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
13. Location Integrity
Eligibility is determined state by state. Using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking tool, spoofing your device location, or misrepresenting your state of residence in order to circumvent a state restriction is a material breach of these Terms. Entries placed and winnings accrued while doing so are void, and we may close your account.
14. Automation and Integrity Monitoring
Entries must be placed by you, personally, through the interfaces we provide. Bots, scripts, headless browsers, and any other form of automated entry are prohibited. To keep draws fair for everyone, you consent to our analysis of device characteristics, IP addresses, geolocation signals, and transaction patterns for integrity and fraud-prevention purposes.
15. Records and Provably Fair Draws
Every draw uses a provably fair process: the random seed is cryptographically committed before the draw, and the result is published so it can be independently verified. In any dispute about an entry or the outcome of a draw, our transaction records together with those committed seeds and published results are the authoritative record, absent manifest error.
16. Responsible Play
We provide tools to help you play responsibly, including daily spend limits and self-exclusion. See Responsible Gaming for details.
17. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Service for personal use only.
18. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or your misuse of the Service.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Delaware], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This section does not limit any protection you have under the consumer laws of your state of residence.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
23. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full effect. We may assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them. These Terms, together with the Sweepstakes Rules and the terms of any posted promotion, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
