Play should be fun, not financial. If a session feels different from that, the tools below help you take back control. Every tool is one tap away in your profile.
Daily Spend Limit
Set a per-UTC-day cap on how much you can spend. The system refuses any purchase that would push you over the limit you chose, regardless of available payment funds. Lower it any time; raising it requires a 24-hour cool-down before taking effect.
Take a Break
Voluntary cool-down windows of 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. While active you cannot purchase credit and you cannot enter Raffles. The cool-down cannot be lifted early — that is the point. The window ends automatically at the time you set; no action is required to resume play.
Self-Exclusion
Indefinite self-exclusion is available by contacting support. Once self-excluded, you may not re-register or create a new account using your information. Self-exclusion can be reversed only by written request after a minimum 6-month period.
Warning Signs
- Spending more than you intended or can afford
- Chasing losses by buying more credit to keep playing
- Hiding play from family or friends
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not playing
- Sleep, work, or relationships affected by play time
If any of these resonate, please reach out to one of the resources below.

Operator Action
If we detect signs of harm — sustained large purchases relative to history, repeated reactive deposits after losses, or any third-party concern — we may pause your account and require a cool-off conversation with our support team before reactivating.
