Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor responsible for conducting, these Sweepstakes, and is not involved in the activity in any manner. Apple is not a party to any sweepstakes, contest, or raffle conducted through the VREE app.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (21 in some jurisdictions). Void in: Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Kentucky, and where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
Each Sweepstakes (“Raffle”) is a discrete entry pool of N seats. The player chooses a play mode at entry time:
- Play for fun — debits a fixed amount of credit, returns a cosmetic randomly-generated number 1..N for entertainment. The cosmetic number does NOT consume a real seat in the prize pool and is NOT eligible to win.
- Play to win — reserves an amount of credit equal to the randomly assigned seat number times $1.00 USD-equivalent. The seat is unique within the Raffle and IS eligible to win.
The prize is awarded to the entry whose seat number matches the winning number drawn at random when all N seats are filled or the deadline expires (whichever comes first). Free credit is obtainable via permitted methods (purchase bonuses, daily check-ins, AMOE) — see AMOE Rules.
4. Drawing
Drawings are conducted automatically by a provably-fair cryptographic method. Each Raffle's pre-committed seed and the public verification of the draw are available on request.
5. Prizes
Each Raffle awards a single prize (the “Prize”) with the retail value listed on the Raffle's detail page. The winner may, at their option, receive the physical Prize (shipped to a US address) or the equivalent cash value via redemption of credit. Prize claim deadline is 30 days from the drawing.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and the player's number of entries. For a Raffle with N seats, a single entry has a 1 in N chance of winning. The maximum possible odds for a single entry are equal to the number of entries acquired per player.
7. Verification of Winner
Winners must complete identity verification before receiving a Prize or cash redemption. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry believed to be obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Rules.
8. Taxes
Cumulative redemptions of $600 or more in a calendar year require completion of IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will issue Form 1099-MISC where required by law. Winners are responsible for any taxes on Prizes or cash.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disputes
